There is so much to love and be wary of when it comes to condos. I could fall in love with this beauty and forget all of my own condo warnings. (see my blog post here about a condo I used to own)
I feel like a creeper saying this, but I am on the Pier right now, staring up at this condo building and imagining what it would be like to live there. I’d have my personal chef serve me some fancy food that I can’t spell or pronounce and pair it with the perfect champagne.
This one is extra special because not only do you get the amazing views, you also get a balcony. On the hot summer days in St. Petersburg, you can enjoy sitting out on the balcony where you get the cool breeze up high. A lovely outdoor set in a backyard is nice, but still nearly unusable in the Florida summer’s afternoon heat.
Some of my favorite features of this condo are the unusually shaped walls in the living areas. They discourage the resident from putting any furniture in front of the windows and blocking that stunning floor-to-ceiling view of Tampa Bay.
The kitchen was clearly designed by someone who cooks often. I can’t imagine a better layout for this space. Initially, I was thinking that a pantry would be nice in this kitchen, but then I remembered that I don’t read physical books anymore, so I’ll just turn the library into a pantry.
The building includes a pool and an incredible fitness center with a lot of machines.
Here’s the listing agent for this condo and the listing on her personal website.
Diana Geegan has quite a few listings that are stunningly beautiful and definitely also fit for royalty, but this condo is currently my favorite of her active listings because of the most ideal location in St Pete.
